We did some research for the purpose of tracking group(s) of children walking expeditions for their Duke of Edinburgh's Award and stumbled upon TrackYour amongst many others. They seemed professional and felt like the best company to go with.
I am throughly glade we decided to go with TrackYour - the device is excellent and reliable, and the features and functionalities are great. We only plan to use 2 to 3 times a year so the pay as you go option is perfect for us.
I had some further queries about the technology before hand and Gary called me back and spent some time explaining everything in detail. I've had a support query (my mistake) and this was dealt with extremely quickly.
When we have more than 1 group walking, I will be purchasing more of these. I cannot recommend enough.

I purchased this product after talking with Julia, the founder of this company, for almost an hour! She was able to provide me with all the answers to my questions and explained exactly what this product would offer. I waited until I used the GPS tracker for three full weeks, with all the different functions before writing this review.

I must confess I did need help to set it up, but Julia came to the rescue and offered step by step instructions. Now I can easily check on my daughter's location no matter where she is. I have used the monitor option to listen in on some occasions too. The connection has been wonderful and I can hear everything clearly. The talk mode option is also very handy but i haven't used that option very frequently.

It is an expensive piece of equipment but I think it's better to spend money on one product rather than spend money repeatedly on a shoddy product off of eBay or Amazon!

I purchased this tracker for my daughter who goes to school via s.e.n transport. This nifty little device has allowed me to check up on her as often as I want with no hassle.

There have been times when the tracker doesn't respond with a message for up to 20 minutes. That may be due to the device not receiving a clear satellite signal. Other than that it has been my phone which had caused problems! Sometimes it doesn't deliver the message and therefore the device can't respond.

I am still unsure how to switch off the tracker with the button. Whenever I try, it sends a message to my phone! I just take out the battery. I would also say that even though I charge the battery for quite a long time, I have never seen it reach 100% capacity. At the moment for example, after a 8 hour charge it is at 72%.

I would recommend this product to all and have done so! I hope this product lasts a long time! (Posted on 01/06/2015)
