Delivery Information

For security of your purchase, most orders for Track Your tracking devices will require a signature on delivery. If you are unlikely to be at home when the delivery arrives please consider using your workplace or another address as your delivery address (in the event that your purchase cannot be delivered directly to you and is therefore returned to the Track Your Headquarters, you will be responsible for paying additional p+p costs for us to attempt to re-deliver your item(s) to you).

Handling and Delivery charges are detailed below:

We typically dispatch orders on the day or the following morning via 2nd class Signed ofr post. Arrival is typically within three days of dispatch.

Your order can be delivered to any UK address with a Royal Mail Postcode or international address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other offshore locations our courier delivery service may take longer.

Please contact us directly on info@trackyour.co.uk if you would like products to be delivered abroad – we will be able to supply you with a quote for handling & delivery charges.  Please note: for international customers please bear in mind that while it is rare that additional local taxes are charged, should this be the case these will be your responsibility to settle. Track Your Ltd is not able to make any payment on your behalf and this may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.
