Warranty / Returns
We warrant to you (provided that you are the original purchaser of the Track Your Ltd purchase (hereafter refered to as 'your purchase')) that your purchase will be free from significant defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase as shown on your receipt. Should your purchase need to be returned, please contact us for a return authorisation number before sending it. Your purchase should then be sent to us, properly packaged and using a signed-for delivery method, together with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover your purchase if it has been subject to abuse or neglect or has been tampered with or modified.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your purchase, simply call us on 01635 866190, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of the purchase date.
1. Contact us using the above details, and provide your details (including name, address and invoice number)
2. We will provide a return authorisation number (this must be included with your returned item)
3. Your purchase should be sent to us, properly packaged and using a signed-for delivery method, together with proof of purchase.
3. Once your purchase has been received by us, and has been inspected to ensure it is in prime condition, we will credit you where appropriate. If your purchase is found to be in a state deemed to be non-prime condition, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Note: Certain items, such as personalised t-shirts, cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
