Bought this product just over a year ago and use it on a fairly regular basis. Support for getting setup initial was prompt and the gentlemen on the phone talked me through the required steps until my device was working (I missed a step in the manual). The product gives me piece of mind and the is pretty accurate in regards the GPS tracking. I use a GiffGaff sim so costs me £5 every 3 months to maintain.
Would just request the same features in a watch with the ability to make 2 way calls - I would definitely buy as this product has definitely proven itself to me. (Posted on 28/04/2016)

The tracker is a great little device; we don’t use all the functions (i.e. speed, shake, and move) but for our needs the Geo Fence feature and subsequent tracking is excellent. I did have a couple of issues with setup (my understanding), but the support staff were superb at explaining and resolving all. I would certain recommend this device for anyone who has someone or something precious to them, where monitoring their whereabouts would help. (Posted on 01/06/2015)

We bought the tracker for our special needs child, who has a tendency to abscond. We have previously used another device, but found Track Your tracker to be much more superior for our needs.
This tracker has excellent rechargeable battery life. It is accurate for our use and simple and economical to operate.
The most impressive thing of all is the extremely professional and friendly after sales support provided by the owners of the company.
