We have a tracker for my mum who has dementia. The tracker enables us to care for Mum at home rather than her being in a care home. The product is excellent.

We recently had a problem when a carer by mistake damaged the plug. The company provided excellent service so we received a new plug in no time. Life would be very difficult without the tracker.
