Fully functional good solid App that you can trust to locate a vulnerable adult. Exactly what is needed during what could be a stressful time for carer and target.
Carer(s) can monitor multiple tracker-wearers within a group
Ensures Carer can instantly locate the position of each group member via their Smartphone map. For example, tracker-wearing children on a school outing can be given their independence and allowed to explore, whilst one or more teachers can be 'Carers', enabling them to instantly gain location of each individual child if needed. Additionally, each child can be in communication with the Carer by means of an SOS Button or Talk Button on the Tracking Device (model dependent).
Up to 5 Carers can be assigned to each GPS Tracking Device
Each Carer is able to communicate with a Tracker, to obtain it's location, to set up Geo-Fences, to set up Speed Alerts etc. If required, up to 5 different Carers can be responsible for overseeing the whereabouts of a tracker-wearer.
For example, if a tracker-wearing child is being cared for by a child-minder, the child-minder can have a version of the App installed on their Smartphone (so that they can obtain details of the location of the child), and similarly the parents of the child can simultaneously have versions of the App installed on their Smartphones so that they can also view the whereabouts of their child, even though they may be physically located a long distance away.
Various Functions of the App*
Locate
The Carer either phones or texts the number of the SIM card within the tracking device. The tracker then sends back a text message containing its location co-ordinates, which can be copied and pasted into the Smartphone map, revealing the position of the tracker.
Auto-Track
To keep the Carer updated with the tracker's location on a regular basis. For example, if tracker-wearer is making journey to shops on their own, Carer can request location updates (at time intervals defined by the Carer), to ensure they reach their destination successfully.
Auto-Track Alert
Works in conjunction with the Auto-Track function, so that location updates are only sent out once the tracker has moved a defined distance from its previous location. Helps to restrict number of SMS messages being sent from tracking device.
Geo-Fence
A virtual perimeter, ensuring Carer is alerted if tracker-wearer unexpectedly exits a pre-defined area . For example, if child is playing in the park without Carer, a Geo-Fence can be set around the park. If child then wanders away the Carer will be sent an alert message (and they can then establish the whereabouts of the child using Locate function).
Speed
Informs Carers when the speed of the tracking device exceeds the value you have set. Useful in determining whether the tracker bearer has unexpectedly boarded a moving vehicle. For example, if tracker-wearing child is playing outdoors without Carer, if a Speed Alert message is sent from the tracker this may indicate that the child has been put into a vehicle and is being driven away. The Carer can then take the necessary action to resolve this crisis.
Shake / Fall
Informs Carers when the tracker has been disturbed. Useful for monitoring possessions, or for identifying whether the tracker has been removed from the tracker-wearer. Can also be used to monitor sedentary elderly people, to act as a Fall Alert.
Monitor Mode
Enables Carers to listen into conversations occurring at the location of the tracker-wearer. Useful for Carers to monitor whether intervention is required (e.g. upon receipt of an SOS alert from Tracker-Wearer).
SOS Button
Situated on the Tracking device, enables tracker-wearer to summon assistance from Carers. For example, if Carer receives alert SOS message from tracker-wearer, the Carer can activate Monitor Mode, to enable them to understand the situation occurring at the location of the tracker-wearer, and they can then obtain the location of the tracker-wearer (via Locate mode).
Talk Button
Situated on the Tracking device (TY107 only). Enables tracker-wearer to instigate 2-way conversation with Carer. Similarly, Carers who have dependents wearing tracking device TY107 can make contact with the tracker using Talk Mode, again allowing 2-way conversation.

One download of the App is supplied free of charge to each customer purchasing a GPS Tracking device, and subsequent downloads can be purchased.
All of our tracking devices are provided with easy-to-follow User Manuals which have comprehensive instructions aimed at both carers who own Smartphones (and who have the Track Your GPS Tracker App installed) and also at carers who don't have access to the App.
