Bought this product just over a year ago and use it on a fairly regular basis. Support for getting setup initial was prompt and the gentlemen on the phone talked me through the required steps until my device was working (I missed a step in the manual). The product gives me piece of mind and the is pretty accurate in regards the GPS tracking. I use a GiffGaff sim so costs me £5 every 3 months to maintain.
Would just request the same features in a watch with the ability to make 2 way calls - I would definitely buy as this product has definitely proven itself to me.
